The country is going through harsh economic conditions due to government genuine efforts to rejig the economy for better performance and growth. This calls for concerted efforts by all and sundry to weather the challenges. The aftermath of this in the short run is the hardship witnessed a vast majority of the population. Notwithstanding the endeavours of the central government to cushion the effect of the restructuring, the situation looks desperate.
An exemplification of empathy and people oriented representation, the Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, has once more proven his patriotic fervour, pragmatic leadership, and identification with the pain and hardship of his constituents. As part of the ongoing thank you visit to his senatorial district today,19th February, 2024, in Ijebu-Ode, he offered palliatives to thousands of his constituents to ameliorate their hardship, suffering and hunger. Subsequently, he provided over 12 thousand bags of essential commodities, including Rice,Beans,Garri,Semovita,work implements, and cash gifts.
Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel has been a pacesetter and a model. He has dedicated his life to the service of his constituents and Nigerians. OGD has shown both in words and deeds that the people are the centrepiece of his political engagements.
