Within a short spell in the Senate,he has succeeded in creating various schemes and empowerment programs that are geared towards the betterment of the lives of his constituents.
This includes, the interest free micro credit revolving loan empowerment scheme for petty traders in his senatorial zone, Rice value chain training programme for rice farmers in Remo and the seemless and transparent distribution of fertilizers to farmers in his senatorial district.

They span South West development commission bill which is on its way to second reading, Federal College of Aviation Technology Technology, Ilaro,Remo Bill that has passed second reading, National Economic coordinating and intelligence committee bill submitted for first reading, Bill on Hospices establishment at first reading stage, Terminal illness Trust fund bill(SB223) that has passed first reading, Draft bill on Federal University of Industrial and Petro-Gas ,Oni Ogun waterside,Draft National Academy of Science bill,Draft bill on Medical Physics Regulatory Council of Nigeria and Media Practitioners Registration Council of Nigeria Draft Bill.
Besides, he has shown capacity by introducing motions of urgent National concern/importance on flooding in Sagamu,Ijebu area of Ogun East senatorial zone and Pategi areas of Kwara North senatorial district of Kwara state and other parts of the country.
Senator gbenga Daniel is clearly a senator with character, capacity, capability and commitment who has hit the ground running inorder to offer effective representation for the progress and prosperity of his people and the country. He’s a senator to watch in this dispensation.
