Resolved to better the lot of Constituents in Oshodi Isolo constituency 1,Hon.Hakeem Olushola Shokunle has donated two Lagos colour branded taxies and two school buses to the council Chairman Muse Ariyoh to ease economic burdens.
Shokunle the lawmaker representing Oshodi Isolo 1 at Lagos State House of Assembly  officially commissioned the two taxies and two buses to ease traffic and better the lot of selected constituents, economically  in your  in Oshodi.
He said that he was spurred to action by the harrowing experience pupils and students in the area go through daily and if not financial constraint would have loved to make available seven buses to cater for the seven wards.
“Governance has no limit whatever you feel you can do better the lot of your people the taxi we donated is purely empowerment we are trying to revolve funds, the first set of people that would be taking this taxi after little payment for certain number of months we would now able to buy another set to be given to another set of people.
” The buses would ease transportation problem confronting the pupils and students in Oshodi constituency so it might not be part of what we promised our constituents but if you feel it is worth doing it is better you just do it. I am not even too happy giving two buses if I can give up to five it would have far reaching effect but the funds is the only challenge,if I could get up to seven I would be able to spread the tentacles of the bus services.

“They should make best use of it because if they use it roughly and the buses get spoilt easily it won’t be easy to maintain,I would be the one maintaining it,fueling, paying the drivers and servicing”He said.

Speaking at the event held within the school premises close to the Local Government secretariat Oshodi, the All Progressives Congress party Chairman in Oshodi,Alhaji Olajide Kasali, noted that the lawmaker has done great things since he became member of the APC and more is expected of him owing to his welfarist stance on issues related to his constituents.

The Local Government chairman Mr. Muse Ariyoh while receiving the keys of the donated school buses from the lawmaker and handing it over the Education Secretary expressed his profound appreciation over the kind gesture for the children in the constituency.
” We are glad for this kind gesture from our Honourable and want to charge other representatives to emulate this to make our area better and lives more meaningful,a number of drivers have also benefitted economic enhancement courtesy our representative.”Ariyoh said.
Alhaji Ebudola Badmus mandate leader in Oshodi counseled the beneficiaries and constituents to make good use of the vehicles and to ensure proper monitoring.
Mrs Funmilayo Onadipe, the Tutor-General of District Six, speaking earlier, explained that the school buses would reduce the stress of mobility which the pupils of the Constituency always encounter, adding that the project would as well encourage the pupils to be willing to go to school.
